Cancellations... |
FTSI and PTSI understand that in today's world both professional and
personal demands can affect your schedule with little or no advance notice. Due to
the current economy and funding for courses by departments situation could possibly
occur that would force FTSI or PTSI to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment or
emergency’s. We have adopted the following policies in the event either situation
should occur. |
|
What if FTSI or PTSI cancels a class? |
In the event that FTSI or PTSI should cancel a class, all registrants
would be notified a minimum of 7 days in advance. FTSI/ PTSI will push registration to
the week prior to the start date to allow departments the opportunity to fill any class.
All payments will be refunded within 45 days of cancellation notice by the original form
of payment, (If paid by credit card, only the credit card used for purchase will be refunded,
NO Exceptions, Checks refunded by checks mailed to address on billing statement)
|
|
What if FTSI or PTSI reschedules a class? |
Should a situation or unexpected conditions at the site of a scheduled class
mandate that we change the date of that class, all those registered/enrolled in that class
will be notified a minimum of 7 days in advance of the scheduled class date. Those individuals
already registered for that class will be given first opportunity to reserve seating in the
newly rescheduled class. Registration fees paid for a class that has been re-scheduled can
be refunded in full or credited at your discretion in accordance to the above policy. You can
request fees already paid be considered payment in full for the newly scheduled class, or
choose to have FTSI/ PTSI issue a credit to you or your department for ANY future class,
even if the cost of the new class is higher than the class you originally enrolled in.
(Remember, class costs can be affected by the seating availability at the hosting sponsor's
location). |
|
What if you are unable to attend a class
after you've enrolled? |
Should you register and pay for a
class and then be unable to attend, you should notify FTSI at least 14 days prior to
the scheduled class.
Cancellation with more than 14 Days Notice.
In this case you have the option of accepting credit for the full amount toward
any class on the current FTSI/PTSI class schedule or any class FTSI or PTSI should hold in
the future. Your credit ensures guaranteed seating in the class you haven chosen as a
substitute to your original class. You also have the option of receiving a full refund check
from FTSI or PTSI or full credit to your credit card, depending on the method of payment, in
accordance with refund policy stated above.
NOTE: There are no refunds available for "Academy" courses due to the high cost and logistics involved in preparing these in-depth courses.
Emergency Cancellation
Should unforeseen circumstances force you to cancel your attendance after you
have paid but within 14 days of the scheduled class, you will be issued100%
credit toward any FTSI or PTSI course in the future (except in the case of
"Academy" courses).
No - Shows
All classes that are scheduled to go are based on a minimum number of attendee’s.
Seating for all FTSI/PTSI classes is limited. Reservations are accepted on a first come -
first served basis until sold out. Reserving seating with a purchase order or by using FTSI's
check payment option is legally binding. Failure to attend a class without prior cancellation
does not relieve an enrollee's financial obligation for that class. If the 14 day cancellation
policy is not received and confirmed by return email, FTSI/ PTSI will seek and expect payment
in full for all NO SHOWS in each class.
Discounted Rates
Special rates for groups or discounted advance payments are non-refundable. Accommodations will
be made for seats in future classes within the parameters of our normal cancellation policies.
